1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or placing an order through Undercode Help (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://undercode.help (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Your continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Certain features (order tracking, digital downloads) require creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Ordering & Acceptance
- Order Submission: When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email.
- Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., out-of-stock, payment failure).
- Confirmation: A separate confirmation email is sent once your order ships or your digital purchase is delivered, at which point the contract is formed.
5. Product Descriptions & Pricing
- We attempt to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions, but we do not warrant that product details are error-free.
- All prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
6. Payment Terms
We accept all major payment methods via secure, encrypted gateways:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Other: Stripe, Authorize.Net
Payment is captured at the time of order placement (for physical goods) or immediately upon purchase (for digital goods). We do not store your full card data on our servers.
7. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Goods)
- Shipping rates and delivery estimates appear at checkout and vary by destination.
- We ship worldwide.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon our handoff to the carrier.
8. Digital Products & Downloads
- Digital items (e-books, software, courses) become available for download immediately after payment confirmation.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital products for personal or internal business purposes.
- No refunds or exchanges on digital downloads, except where required by law.
9. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
- Physical Goods: Return unused goods within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging. You cover return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Digital Goods: Generally non-returnable. Refunds granted only in exceptional circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by or licensed to Undercode Help and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or demands (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
